Thank you again to Angela at Ladybugs n Love! It looks like they had a great party! Jake looks really happy! Please pray that Jake will take the opportunity to write us a letter (this was part of the care package). Ladybugs in love will receive it from him and then translate it. Then, they'll send it to us! Yes, this was the care package where he found out he was being adopted!

Jake's Birthday Care Package!


Jake's Birthday Care Package!

    Jake will be turning 9 years old this week! His birthday is on Thurs, Feb 16th!! We ordered a care package from Ladybugs-n-Love! This is the care package: 2 books (coloring book and a cartoon story book). He'll also get a photo album with pictures of his new family. The other goodies in the picture are chocolates and a pack of candy. The envelope is a tool of communication for us. He can write us a letter & then it goes back to Ladybugs-n-Love. They will translate the letter & then send it to us!!
The best part of the care package (that you can't see) is the birthday cake!! Yes, he'll get a cake & the orphanage staff will take pictures. Ladybugs-N-Love will email the pictures to us! This will allow us to get an update of Jake! Stay tuned!!
    Please pray for Jake as he receives the news about his new family! Pray that God will give him peace & comfort. Pray that the orphanage staff will help him understand that "The Big Change" will be happening sometime this summer.
